Our own photograph of this piece, color-balanced only. No stock imagery, no rendering.

Current inventory

A yellow center held between two colorless shields

Price on request Full specifications on request — sent in writing, with the paperwork, usually the same day.

A large yellow cushion set between two colorless step-cut shoulder stones, in a yellow gold basket on a white shank. The two metals are doing a job here rather than decorating.

Yellow stones are almost always set in yellow gold directly beneath the stone and white gold everywhere else. It is not a styling decision. Yellow gold under a yellow diamond reflects color back up through the pavilion and makes the stone read warmer; white gold beside colorless side stones keeps those side stones from picking up any of it.

That contrast is the whole point of a three-stone build like this one. Put a yellow center next to colorless shields and each one makes the other more obvious — the shields look cleaner, the center looks warmer, and neither reads as a compromise.

How the color is described here

The stone is visibly yellow, so this page calls it yellow. It does not give you a fancy-color grade, because a grade is a laboratory judgement about hue, tone and saturation made under controlled light — not something anyone can read off a photograph taken on a desk. The grading report is sent in writing on inquiry.

Why there are no numbers on this page

This is a real piece from current inventory, not a catalog entry. We publish only figures we can put in front of you on paper — so carat weight, color, clarity, the certificate and the price all come to you in writing on inquiry, usually the same day.

Sizing
