Current inventory
Yellow on yellow, with nowhere for the color to leak
A yellow cushion inside a halo of yellow gold and small yellow stones, on a matching shank. Where the three-stone ring uses contrast, this one refuses it entirely.
A colorless halo around a yellow center creates a hard edge: the small white stones are brighter and cooler than the middle, and the eye reads the center as duller than it is. Ringing a yellow stone with yellow does the opposite. The halo carries the color outward instead of interrupting it, and the stone reads larger because there is no visible boundary where it stops.
The cost of that choice is sparkle. An all-yellow head has less contrast in it than a two-tone one, so it glitters less and glows more. Which of those you want is a matter of taste, and it is worth seeing both on your own hand before deciding.

How the color is described here
The stone is visibly yellow, so this page calls it yellow. It does not give you a fancy-color grade, because a grade is a laboratory judgement about hue, tone and saturation made under controlled light — not something anyone can read off a photograph taken on a desk. The grading report is sent in writing on inquiry.
Why there are no numbers on this page
This is a real piece from current inventory, not a catalog entry. We publish only figures we can put in front of you on paper — so carat weight, color, clarity, the certificate and the price all come to you in writing on inquiry, usually the same day.
Sizing
